Bitter, earthy, chocolate.
Gives your desserts that extra crunch that you need.
Flavor combinations I think that go well:
Coconut – Cacao nibs
Pistachio – Cacao nibs
Coffee – Cacoa nibs
Hazelnut – Nutella – Cacoa Nibs
Peanut Butter – Cacao Nibs
Strawberry – Cacao nibs
I get my Cacao Nibs from Malagos, a company based in Davao.
