Chocolate Lava Cake with Candied Bacon

Ingredients
  1. 75 g dark chocolate
  2. 63 g butter
  3. 2 tsp coffee
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1 egg yolk
  6. 33 g white sugar
  7. 17 g flour
  8. Pinch of salt
  9. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  10. Cocoa powder for garnish
  11. Candied Bacon for Garnish
Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate and butter. Add coffee and sugar mix until well combined.
  2. Once cooled mix in the eggs one by one and the vanilla extract. Add in the flour and salt.
  3. Pour into your prepared rammequins and refrigerate for an hour.
  4. Bake for 10-12 mins in 180C or 350F.
  5. Serve with ice cream and candied bacon twists.
